Allan has been playing Bass for a number of years. Allan's career began when a friend jokingly suggested he take up the instrument to fill a vacancy in his band, this led to playing his first live performance in front of 350 people.

Since those early days Allan has taken every opportunity to hone his skills. He has gained a multitude of live experience gigging across the UK and abroad with working covers bands, originals bands and tribute bands. Allan has been called upon to dep for bands at the last moment where he relishes the chance to think on his feet and solo artists have made use of his abilities knowing they can call on him to provide the professional sound they require.

In addition to live performances Allan has worked successfully in the studio recording with producers such as Andy Whitmore and Steve Bush as well as making TV and radio appearances.

Oh, and why barefoot? Well, why not!
